Gently and effectively retrain your core and build up your fitness after pregnancy and birth, in a comfortable, supportive environment.

    • Maximum of 6 mothers. Personalised attention in a group environment! 
    • Suitable for all levels .
    • Best suited to pre-crawlers, but older babies also welcome. 
    • No-step access and changing facilities on site. 
    • Please make sure that you are at least 6 weeks post-partum and have been cleared for exercise by your doctor.
    • These classes operate on a pass system only, see below for costs. You can use the pass at any of Resilience's group classes!
    • Pay via PayPal in advance or cash/card on the day.
