- Best suited to pre-crawlers, but older babies also welcome.
- No-step access and changing facilities on site.
- Please make sure that you are at least 6 weeks post-partum and have been cleared for exercise by your doctor.
- These classes operate on a pass system only, see below for costs. You can use the pass at any of Resilience's group classes!
- Pay via PayPal in advance or cash/card on the day.
