"I've been training with Peter for almost two years. I started off with one-to-one training to build up my fitness and confidence before joining his Pilates and FIT classes. I cannot recommend his classes and personal training sessions enough. The FIT classes are exactly what you need it you want to build up fitness quickly and see a big difference in body shape in a short period of time. Pilates has become my addiction and I don't think I'll ever give it up! Group classes are a nice size so you get a personal training approach but in a group setting. Peter adapted his classes for me while I was pregnant so I was able to maintain my fitness and it definitely helped my recovery. I've never been a particularly sporty or active person but I've really enjoyed these classes and that's why I've kept them up for so long. They are fun, welcoming and motivating. After my last C section 3 years ago my back has been in bits and I had spent loads on Physio, I knew I needed to strengthen my back, my goal was to be able to get back out running. Peter tailor made a program which had scope for progression as I was strengthening my core and back. Before Christmas I ran 3km without any pain. I wouldn't have been able to do that without his expertise and knowledge. I can't recommend him highly enough. He is very flexible and was able to work around my schedule especially when the kids were off school I was still able to train at home.
