Class passes

Clients may buy passes for group classes in blocks of 6 or 12. These are valid for 3 and 6 months respectively from the date of first use. These passes can be used in any of Resilience Studios' group classes, but are not transferable between clients.

Refunds for private sessions will be given in the unlikely event that Resilience Studios has to cancel a class or programme. If a client cannot attend a class/online course/session, every effort will be made to accommodate a rescheduled session where possible.

If a client has prepaid for a place in a group class which Resilience cancels, they may carry over that payment to the following group class. If in the unlikely event that Resilience has to cancel a series of group classes, and the client cannot attend any other group class available, then a refund will be given for any remaining classes on a pass for which the client has already paid.

Otherwise, no refunds are given.
